What is a token?

A token is a small piece of text, about three quarters of a word. Every call counts the tokens your agent reads (your input and its instructions) and the tokens it writes. Your bill is that count times your rate, for example €12.00 per 1M tokens on pay as you go.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no account and no password. You receive an API key for your agent and a private portal link where you see your usage, balance and plan.

Do you store my data?

We do not store the content of your API calls. We keep token counts for billing. Content an agent keeps to do its work is deleted after the period set in your quote, 30 days by default. The details you send in the request form are kept to prepare and run your agent, as described in our privacy policy.

Which AI model runs my agent?

The one that fits the job. We choose it for each agent from what the task needs in accuracy, speed and cost per token, and we test it on your examples before it goes live. You pay your plan's published rate whichever model runs it. If a better fit appears later, we can switch it after testing it again on your examples.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Pay as you go has no commitment. Stop using your key and nothing more is billed. Monthly plans are billed by invoice. Tell us by email to stop, and the plan ends with the period you paid for.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

AI output can be wrong, so you stay in control. The agent prepares, drafts, sorts and extracts; a person reviews what matters before it goes out. Tell us about mistakes and we adjust its instructions.

How fast can I have my agent?

Usually a few days once we agree on the job, depending on how clear the task is and how many examples you can share. We give you an estimate after reading your request; we cannot promise a date before that.

How much will it cost?

It depends on how many tasks you send and how long they are. The calculator on the pricing page turns tasks per month into tokens and a monthly cost on each plan.

Can I buy the agent outright instead?

Yes. With "Buy it once" we build the agent, test it on your examples and hand over its instructions, tests, integration and documentation. You pay a deposit when you order and the balance at acceptance; once it is paid in full, it is yours. Prices start from €3,000 excl. VAT. The final price is a written, fixed quote after we scope the job with you in writing, because it depends a lot on the job.

What happens when my balance runs out?

We email you when your balance runs low. If it reaches zero, calls stop with a clear message and a link to top up. Refused calls are not billed.

Who connects the agent to our tools?

Your developer, or a no-code automation tool that can send an HTTP request. The docs have copy-and-paste examples in curl, Python and JavaScript. No developer? Say so in your request and we suggest a setup.

Can the agent change later?

Yes. Processes change, and so can your agent. Email [email protected] with what should change and we tune its instructions and test it again on your examples.
