The job

What should the agent do, from what, to what?

Describe it as you would to a new colleague, with what comes in, what they do with it and what a good result looks like.

Paste one real case if you can, with personal details removed or replaced. It is the fastest way for us to understand the job.

Up to 3 files of 5 MB each, 12 MB in total, in PDF, Word, Excel, OpenDocument, CSV, text, email (.eml) or image format. Attach fictitious examples, or examples in which you have replaced real data with invented data.

Conditions for your example files

We use your files only to prepare your demonstration. They are processed on our platform and by our AI model provider, which may process them outside the UK and the EEA, as our privacy policy explains.

They are not used to train AI models, neither by us nor by the AI providers we use, whose contracts exclude it.

They are deleted 30 days after we send you the demonstration result, or 30 days after our last exchange if there is no demonstration. If a contract follows, they are kept to perform it and then deleted as our privacy policy explains.

Do not send any document covered by your professional secrecy or by a duty of confidentiality to your own clients. Send fictitious examples, or examples in which you have replaced with invented data the names, addresses, identification numbers, bank details and any detail that could identify a person or a company.

If a file still contains real data, we do not use it. We delete it within 2 business days and ask you to send it again once the data is replaced.

Volume and pricing

Only a hint for us. We suggest a plan once we know the job, and you can change it anytime.

Buy it once. No plan to choose. We scope the job with you in writing, then send a written quote with a fixed price. Prices start from €3,000 excl. VAT. A deposit at order, the balance at acceptance, and once it is paid in full, the agent is yours.
