A deposit at order starts the work, and the balance is due at acceptance, by bank transfer. Our bank details come with your quote, and we send an invoice on request before you pay.

We set it up on your AI account or server, or hand over a ready-to-run package, with a recorded video that walks your team through it. Your acceptance period starts on the delivery date.
"It's yours" means concrete deliverables, not a login. Your team can run the agent, check it and change it without us.
The rights in these deliverables are assigned to you once you have paid in full.

Because jobs differ a lot, in how many steps, how varied your documents are, which tools to connect and how many cases to test. Prices start from €3,000 excl. VAT. Once we have scoped the job with you in writing, you receive a written quote with a fixed price for the scope it describes.
In two parts, by bank transfer, with a deposit when you order, which starts the work, and the balance at acceptance. Our bank details come with your quote, and we send an invoice on request before you pay. The files and the rights pass to you once the price is paid in full.
It depends on the job. The quote gives an estimated delivery time, most of it spent designing and testing the agent on your examples. We cannot promise a date before the job is scoped.
From the delivery date, you have an acceptance period to check on the test set that the agent does what the quote describes. We fix at no extra cost anything you report that does not match the quote. Because AI output varies from one case to the next, what counts is the result set in the quote on the test set, not each single output. If, after two rounds of fixes, the agent still does not reach the result set in your quote, you can cancel the order and we refund what you paid, less the price of any deliverables you keep that match the quote.
Yes, at any time, by writing to us. If work has not started, we refund the full amount you paid. If it has, the work done so far is due, valued by the stages in your quote; we refund the rest and hand over what was done. If delivery is more than 30 days late for a reason on our side, you can also cancel, and we refund what you paid, less the price of any deliverables you keep that match the quote.
You pay its running costs directly, for the AI service it uses on your own account or the server it runs on. We tell you in writing what to expect for your volume when we scope the job. Prefer not to run it yourself? We can host it and bill only the tokens it uses, like our other plans.
You can edit the instructions yourself, as they are yours and documented. If you would rather we do it, we quote the change first and test it again on your examples.
AI output can be wrong, so a person stays in control. The agent prepares, drafts, sorts and extracts; a person reviews what matters. The test set shows how it does on your examples before delivery.
Yes, both ways. Start per token and ask us later for a quote to buy the agent, or buy it now and let us host it per token later.
