What this page checks
We regularly check that each AI service answering your agents' calls responds. If one does not, this page shows a degraded service, unless every agent that uses it can switch to a backup service that does respond. The time above is when the oldest of these checks ran. The client portal and this website run in the same application as this page, so they are up whenever you can read it.
If a call fails
What the most common answers mean and what to do. Calls refused before any answer are not billed.
- 401
- Key not recognizedCheck the key your code sends. Your portal lists your keys by their first characters.
- 402
- Balance used upTop up your balance, then call again. Your portal shows the balance.
- 403
- Account suspended or agent pausedWrite to [email protected]. The error message says which of the two applies.
- 429
- Too many calls in a minuteThis only happens to a key that has a limit of calls per minute. Wait the number of seconds given in the Retry-After header, then call again.
- 502 · 504
- Temporarily unavailable or too slowTry again in a few seconds; if it continues, check this page.
- 503
- Service busyWait the number of seconds given in the Retry-After header, then call again.

If your agent returns errors while this page shows everything operational, email us the time of the call and the error message. Your portal lists every call with its status.
