We build the agent, test it on your examples and hand it over with its instructions, tests, integration and documentation. You pay a deposit when you order and the balance at acceptance, then run it on your side. Or let us host it, per token, with the plans above.
How buying once worksA custom agent, built for your job and handed over to you. No subscription.
The final price is a fixed quote, in writing, once we have scoped the job by email, because it depends on the job.
Enter how many tasks it handles and how long a task is. We turn that into tokens and a monthly cost on each plan.

ExampleExample figures from the prices above, excl. VAT. Pay as you go works the same way without the monthly minimum and the included tokens, and every token comes from your balance.
A token is a small piece of text, about three quarters of a word. Short common words are one token; longer or rare words are split into a few.
Both sides of a call count, the prompt (what you send plus your agent's instructions) and the answer it writes. Your bill for a call is that total times your rate.
Your portal records the tokens and cost of every call and adds them up by day and by agent, so you can follow your spend as it grows.

10 words, 12 tokens. Real splits vary with the language and the wording.
On pay as you go you keep a prepaid balance. Top up by bank transfer and we add it to your balance when it arrives. Each call deducts the tokens it used at your rate. There is no monthly fee. Prices are shown excluding VAT. We are not registered for VAT, so we do not charge it. A business client in the EU accounts for the VAT itself, under the reverse charge, where it is due.
Plans are billed monthly by invoice. Tell us by email to stop, and the plan ends with the period you paid for.
No. Included tokens reset at the start of each monthly period. Tokens beyond the allowance are billed from your prepaid balance at the plan's lower rate.
Yes. We email you when your balance drops under a low threshold, so you can top up before calls stop. Your portal shows the balance after every call.
We send an invoice for every payment, and your portal lists every top-up, plan fee, purchase and credit. Email [email protected] with the company details to put on it.

Yes. With "Buy it once" we build the agent, test it on your examples and hand over its instructions, tests, integration and documentation. You pay a deposit when you order and the balance at acceptance; once it is paid in full, it is yours. Prices start from €3,000 excl. VAT. The final price is a written, fixed quote after we scope the job with you in writing, because it depends a lot on the job.
Tell us what the agent should do. We reply with a suggested plan and the next steps before anything is built or billed.
