Four steps, all in writing
There is nothing to fit into your diary. Every step leaves a written record, and you see the agent work on your own examples before you decide anything.

Demonstrations and written proposals open in the coming weeks. Your description is recorded now, handled in order of arrival, and we write to you as soon as they open.
The four steps

Step 1. You describe the task (5 minutes)
In the form, you say what the task is, where the work comes from, what a good result looks like, the volumes, the tools you use and who decides on your side. Attach up to 3 anonymised examples if you can. You receive an automatic acknowledgement, then a first written reply within one business day. If something is missing, we ask you at most one round of 3 to 5 questions, in writing.

Step 2. You see the agent at work
Free demonstration on 2 or 3 of your examples, within 2 business days. You receive the written result, and a short subtitled video that shows the agent at work, including the cases it flags to you rather than handling them.

Step 3. You receive a written proposal
Within 3 business days of your description, two priced options. A managed agent (the agent build, then what it uses with a monthly minimum that includes it, paid online) or buy it once (fixed-price quote, valid for 30 days, paid 50% on signature and 50% on acceptance). You sign online if it suits you. Nothing is built before the first payment.

Step 4. The agent is built, tested, put into service
Your examples become the acceptance test, agreed in writing. You receive an acceptance report and you see the agent work before you pay the balance. It goes into service in draft mode, and someone on your team approves every message before it goes out.
What we ask of you, what you receive

- A written description, 2 or 3 anonymised examples, then your answers to our questions if we have any.

- A demonstration on your examples, a written proposal, then the agent, its acceptance report and a user guide.
- Buying it once, on full payment
- The files, the documentation and the rights to the agent, a handover video, 10 business days of written questions and answers, and the fixing of defects found in the 30 days after acceptance.
- Managed agent
- A usage report every month, and the export of the configuration and the history whenever you want, with no exit fee.
Why no meetings
Because a written commitment can be reread, checked and passed on, and because a demonstration on your examples says more than a presentation. You move at your own pace, without blocking your diary, and you compare the proposal with the result you saw.
Who answers you
The Atelier team, with its assistant. Replies are prepared with the Atelier assistant; contractual commitments are reviewed and signed by the director of UNDERM LTD.
What happens to your examples
They are used only for your demonstration. Without a contract, they are deleted 30 days after the demonstration. Send anonymised examples if you can.

What if I really want to talk to a person?
We work entirely in writing. You keep a record of every commitment, and you see the agent work on your examples before you decide. If you leave a message on our line, it reaches us by email and we reply in writing within one business day.
What happens if the demonstration does not suit me?
Nothing. You owe us nothing, and your examples are deleted 30 days after the demonstration.
Do I have to pay before I see the agent?
No. You see it work on your examples from the demonstration, which is free. If you buy it once, you pay half on signature and the balance after acceptance, having seen the agent work.
How many questions will you ask me?
At most one round of 3 to 5 written questions, and only if your description is not enough to prepare the demonstration.
Who signs the contracts?
The director of UNDERM LTD, the company that operates Atelier, by electronic signature.
How much does it cost?
For a managed agent, agent build from EUR 490 excl. VAT, then you pay for what it uses, with a monthly minimum that includes it, from EUR 49 excl. VAT a month. To buy it once, from EUR 3,000 excl. VAT. The exact price is in the written proposal.
