A token is a small piece of text, about three quarters of a word. Short common words are one token; longer or rare words are split into a few.
Both sides of a call count, the prompt (what you send plus your agent's instructions) and the answer it writes. Your bill for a call is that total times your rate.
Your portal records the tokens and cost of every call and adds them up by day and by agent, so you can follow your spend as it grows.

On pay as you go you keep a prepaid balance. Top up by bank transfer and we add it to your balance when it arrives. Each call deducts the tokens it used at your rate. There is no monthly fee. Prices are shown excluding VAT. We are not registered for VAT, so we do not charge it. A business client in the EU accounts for the VAT itself, under the reverse charge, where it is due.
Plans are billed monthly by invoice. Tell us by email to stop, and the plan ends with the period you paid for.
No. Included tokens reset at the start of each monthly period. Tokens beyond the allowance are billed from your prepaid balance at the plan's lower rate.
Yes. We email you when your balance drops under a low threshold, so you can top up before calls stop. Your portal shows the balance after every call.
